Email Marketing Manager

 

Description:

Key Responsibilities:

·Develop and execute Email and SMS marketing campaigns that align with business goals and objectives

·Develop marketing strategies that leverage customer segmentation, personalization, and automation

·Manage email flows and campaigns from end to end, including email design, content development, audience targeting, testing, deployment, and reporting

·Analyse and report on campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and revenue

·Continuously monitor and improve campaign performance, using A/B testing and other tactics to optimize results

· Work with other marketing team members to ensure campaigns are coordinated with other marketing initiatives, such as social media and content marketing

· Stay up-to-date with Email and SMS marketing best practices, trends, and emerging technologies to improve campaign effectiveness continuously

 

Qualifications:

·Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

·Minimum 03 Years of proven experience as an Email and SMS Marketing Specialist or a similar role

·Expertise in Email and SMS marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and automation

·Experience with email marketing software platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar

·Strong analytical skills with experience analyzing and reporting on campaign performance

·Familiarity with Email and SMS marketing design and development best practices, including HTML and CSS

·Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

·Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
