Key Responsibilities:

📩 Email Marketing & Campaign Management

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage potential clients and candidates.
• Optimize email templates and ensure compliance with best practices to improve open rates and conversions.
• Analyze campaign performance using A/B testing and data-driven insights.

📢 Marketing & Communication Strategy

• Work on marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Coordinate social media marketing efforts to support email campaigns and sales objectives.
• Develop compelling content for email newsletters, promotions, and company announcements.

💡 Sales & Lead Generation

• Collaborate with sales teams to generate and nurture leads through targeted email outreach.
• Utilize CRM and email automation tools to improve workflow efficiency.
• Track and analyze email campaign data to identify improvement areas and maximize ROI.

Requirements:
