Email Deliverability Expert

Description:

We are hiring an Email Deliverability Expert who will play a crucial role in optimizing email marketing performance and ensuring that emails land in the inbox, not spam. You will work closely with our existing email marketing team to diagnose and resolve deliverability issues, implement best practices, and enhance email campaign effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and troubleshoot email deliverability issues (spam, bounces, blacklisting, etc.).

• Optimize email infrastructure (DKIM, SPF, DMARC, DNS, PTR, etc.) to improve inbox placement.

• Monitor and maintain IP & domain reputation with ESPs (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, etc.).

• Implement email warm-up strategies and maintain sender reputation.

• Work with the marketing team to ensure high email engagement rates.

• Manage and resolve email blacklisting issues (Spamhaus, Barracuda, etc.).

• Conduct A/B testing for subject lines, email content, and sending strategies.

• Collaborate with team members to create data-driven email marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in email deliverability & email marketing.

• Strong knowledge of email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI).

• Experience with email marketing tools & ESPs (Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.).

• Familiarity with SMTP servers, dedicated IPs, and email infrastructure.

• Ability to analyze email performance metrics and recommend optimizations.

• Knowledge of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and email compliance laws.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate with the marketing team.
