This role requires experience in targeting both B2B and B2C audiences in the US market and crafting high-impact campaigns to drive engagement, increase sales, and enhance customer retention.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Develop and execute integrated email and SMS marketing campaigns that align with business goals and boost revenue.
✅ Design and implement advanced marketing strategies using customer segmentation, personalization, and automation to maximize conversions.
✅ Oversee the entire campaign lifecycle—from concept and creative design to audience targeting, A/B testing, deployment, and performance analysis.
✅ Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, revenue impact) to drive actionable improvements.
✅ Implement continuous optimization strategies, including A/B and multivariate testing, to enhance deliverability, engagement, and ROI.
✅ Work closely with cross-functional marketing teams (social media, content, and digital advertising) to ensure consistent messaging and integrated campaigns.
✅ Stay updated with the latest email and SMS marketing trends, industry best practices, and compliance regulations to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements & Skills:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
✔ Proven experience in email and SMS marketing, preferably within an e-commerce environment.
✔ Expertise in Klaviyo for campaign creation, automation, and analytics.
✔ Strong knowledge of the US market, including B2B and B2C customer behavior and preferences.
✔ Excellent copywriting and communication skills to craft compelling and personalized messages.
✔ Proficiency in data analysis and leveraging insights to optimize campaigns.
✔ Familiarity with HTML and CSS for designing and developing email and SMS campaigns.
✔ Knowledge of email and SMS marketing compliance regulations.
