As an Electronics Engineer at UTF LABS, you'll be at the forefront of cutting-edge projects, ensuring product quality and managing project timelines like a pro.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with our awesome team to define quality standards and requirements for electronic products and systems.
- Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and protocols to ensure our electronics hardware and firmware meet top-notch standards.
- Dive deep into testing and validation of electronic circuits, microcontrollers, and sensors, making sure everything runs smoothly.
- Keep meticulous records of test results, pinpoint defects, and offer up stellar recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to keep everything running on track.
- Stay on top of project progress, identify any risks, and swoop in with solutions to keep things moving forward.
- Be the bridge between our internal teams and external partners, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration every step of the way.
- Get involved in continuous improvement efforts by crunching data, spotting trends, and suggesting ways to make things even better.
Requirements:
- A degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Up to 1 year of experience in electronics engineering, QA, project management, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply!).
- A passion for quality assurance principles, project management practices, and all things tech.
- Proficiency in microcontroller programming languages like Python, C/C++ would be awesome.
- Knowledge of quality management systems, testing methodologies, and project management tools.
- Superb problem-solving skills, killer communication, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks like a pro.
