Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Estimator to join our growing team. You will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for a variety of electrical projects.
Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze electrical construction drawings, specifications, and contracts to determine project scope.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates that include material, labor, equipment, and overhead costs.
- Identify and account for potential project risks and contingencies.
- Participate in the bidding process and prepare competitive bids for projects.
- Work collaboratively with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure accurate estimates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date cost databases.
- Continuously improve estimating processes for increased efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in electrical estimation.
- Proven ability to prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for electrical projects.
- Strong understanding of electrical construction methods and materials.
- Excellent knowledge of US Electrical Codes and Standards.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent Fluency in English (written and verbal).
