We are seeking dynamic and driven Solar Sales Engineers and Sales Representatives to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and engaging potential clients, providing expert advice on solar energy solutions, and delivering tailored proposals. Your technical knowledge and sales acumen will be key to helping clients understand the benefits of switching to solar energy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our solar energy products and services.
- Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
- Conduct site assessments and analyze customer energy needs and usage patterns.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with the engineering and installation teams to ensure successful project execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the solar energy industry or a technical sales role.
- Strong technical understanding of solar energy systems and their benefits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
