Electrical Engineer

Description:

Coarts Lighting is looking for a fresh Electrical Engineer with experience in project coordination to join their team. The role involves preparing proposals and quotations, processing sales orders, coordinating with various departments, and assisting in tender bid preparations. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in MS Excel and Word, along with excellent communication skills for client and internal team correspondence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare proposals and quotations for LED lighting fixtures in response to RFQs (Request for Quotations).

• Process Sales Orders to Accounts, Stores, and Logistics upon receiving Purchase Orders and advance payments.

• Coordinate with various departments (Import, Accounts, Stores, and Logistics) to ensure timely project execution.

• Assist in the preparation of tender bid documents for different projects.

• Respond to client and internal team inquiries regarding product prices and availability.

• Provide documentation support to the regional sales team as needed.

Requirements:

• Fresh Electrical Engineer with experience in project coordination.

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word for preparing quotations, proforma invoices, tender bids, and project estimation documents.

• Excellent listening skills to accurately note and execute assigned tasks.

• Self-starter with an analytical mindset and a collaborative approach.

• Strong English communication skills for professional email correspondence with clients and internal teams.
