Description:
The Educational Consultant will be responsible for advising and assisting students in exploring international study options. This includes providing expert counseling on universities, courses, admissions processes, and visa applications, ensuring that students receive the best possible guidance for achieving their educational goals abroad.
Key Responsibilities
- Student Counseling:
- Advise students on suitable courses and educational institutions abroad based on their academic background and preferences.
- Conduct in-depth discussions via phone or in-person meetings to explain study options, admission requirements, and visa processes.
- Help students shortlist universities and guide them through the application process.
- Admissions and Visa Support:
- Provide detailed guidance on admissions criteria and application submission.
- Support students through the visa application process and pre-departure formalities.
- Business Development:
- Develop and maintain relationships with schools, universities, and scholarship bodies to generate new leads.
- Identify opportunities for business expansion and partnerships within the education industry.
- Client Relationships:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and their families, positioning Vision Abroad as a trusted service provider.
- Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional service to ensure a high conversion rate from prospective students to enrolled applicants.
- Maintain the highest standards of ethics and professionalism in interactions with students, institutions, and colleagues.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to promote educational institutions and organize promotional events like seminars and exhibitions.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
- Experience in a sales-driven environment with a focus on meeting individual and team targets.
- Knowledge of education institutions, admission processes, and visa requirements.
- Customer-focused with a passion for helping students achieve their academic goals.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems proactively.
- IT proficiency (Microsoft Office suite, CRM systems).
