We are looking for enthusiastic Visa Consultants to advise and guide clients about their overseas options & our services.
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for counselling enquiries and selling our services, over the phone, by email & in person.
- Advise on the overseas options available, to enable the candidates & their families to make an educated choice & the right decision.
- Give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration & visa laws & policies.
- Provide a fair and neutral evaluation of a candidate’s profile.
- Achieve excellent customer service by proactively responding to client queries and advising customers on their overseas immigration and visa needs.
- Meet the assigned targets
Desired Skills and Experience: Minimum one year’s experience.
- Must be prior experience in Overseas Education / Visa/ Immigration / Sales, Recruitment or Counselling.
- Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with computers and the internet.
- Outgoing and positive with a passion for learning and growth.
- Must have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English.
