Position Overview: We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Education Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in educational consultancy and possess a solid understanding of the UK university application process. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping students succeed and is well-versed in UK higher education pathways, candidates working for other destinations will be considered as well.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise students on university options, application procedures, and scholarship opportunities.

• Provide one-on-one consultations to understand each student’s academic goals and guide them on suitable study programs.

• Support students throughout the application process, ensuring all requirements and deadlines are met.

• Stay updated with university policies, course offerings, and entry requirements to provide accurate and timely advice.

• Collaborate with other SI-UK team members to deliver a seamless advising experience.

• Conduct presentations and informational sessions for prospective students and partners.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Educational Consultancy: At least 6 months of experience in education consultancy or advising, ideally with a focus on international applications.

• Knowledge of University Applications: Demonstrated expertise in the higher education system, including university admissions, visa requirements, and scholarship options.

• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively guide students and liaise with institutions.

• Client-Centric Approach: Ability to understand students' unique aspirations and provide personalized recommendations.

• Problem-Solving Skills: Capable of identifying students’ needs and guiding them towards solutions with empathy and precision.

• Additional Language Skills (optional but beneficial): Proficiency in [languages as relevant].
