 Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective email marketing campaigns for our clients, including creating and segmenting email lists, writing and designing email content, and monitoring and analysing campaign performance.
• Develop and optimise the user journey across various digital touchpoints, including websites, social media, and email marketing, to maximise customer engagement and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, social media, and paid media, to ensure a cohesive and effective digital marketing strategy.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest email marketing and user journey trends and best practices, and recommend new strategies and tactics to improve performance.
• Provide regular reports and insights to clients on email marketing and user journey performance.
