Ecommerce Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced Ecommerce specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience managing e-commerce operations on Amazon, Ebay, and Etsy platforms. As an Ecommerce Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our online sales channels, developing and executing ecommerce strategies, and managing day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute ecommerce strategies to increase sales and revenue
Manage online product listings and ensure accurate product information and pricing
Monitor sales performance and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth
Coordinate with marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional campaigns
Collaborate with customer service team to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues
Manage inventory levels and ensure adequate stock for online sales
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and recommend improvements to our ecommerce operations
Requirements:
At least one year of experience managing e-commerce operations on Amazon, eBay, and Etsy platforms
Proven track record of increasing online sales and revenue
Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data
Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with inventory management and forecasting
