Ecommerce Project Manager

Description:

• Coordinate with clients and all the relevant internal teams to ensure successful project delivery across all the touchpoints

• Work with the development team to solve problems and create value through research.

• Take on and complete independent projects based on business requirements and new trends in eCommerce.

•  Improve overall eCommerce business through improved collaborations between different functions.

• Note and circulate meeting minutes for all internal and client-facing interactions.

• Coordinate with vendors for all third-party integrations. (Couriers, Payment gateways)

• Resolve all related issues on an ad-hoc basis through R&D.

• Provide user support and user management.

• Ensure timely completion of development projects with all the deliverables.

• Develop & maintain checklists for all the projects.

• Maintain a database for all designated brands & projects.

Skills needed:

·        Time management

·        Excellent verbal and written communication

·        Functional knowledge of eCommerce, Order life cycle, Payment Gateways, Excel, Google sheets

·        Agile project management
