Ecommerce Officer

Technogroves is looking for a dynamic and motivated E-commerce Officer to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about eCommerce, Shopify, and client interaction, with strong technical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Shopify stores, ensuring smooth operations.
• Handle technical aspects related to Shopify, including troubleshooting and updates.
• Engage with clients, manage meetings, and address their requirements effectively.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to potential and existing clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
• 0–1 year of experience in eCommerce, preferably with Shopify.
• Strong technical aptitude with a problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
