Responsibilities:

Customer Service Representative (CSR): Addresses inquiries, resolves issues, and provides support.

Order Fulfilment Specialist: Manages order processing, tracking, and timely delivery.

Returns and Exchanges Coordinator: Facilitates smooth return and exchange processes.

Social Media Customer Care: Monitors and responds to customer feedback on social media.

Technical Support Representative: Assists with product-related technical issues.

Order Tracking Coordinator: Keeps customers informed about order status.
