Description:
E-Commerce Manager to oversee and grow our online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our website, online stores, and e-commerce platforms like Shopify and Daraz, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and driving online sales. This role requires expertise in digital marketing, customer engagement, and visual content management to effectively promote our tools and hardware products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Website & Online Store Management: Develop, maintain, and optimize our e-commerce website and online stores on platforms like Shopify and Daraz, ensuring a seamless user experience and up-to-date product listings.
- Digital Marketing & Advertising: Plan, execute, and monitor online marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, etc.) to drive traffic, boost conversions, and increase brand awareness.
- Graphic Design & Content Creation: Work with creative tools to design and manage product graphics, promotional banners, and digital advertisements. Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s vision and enhances customer engagement.
- Customer Relationship Management: Handle online customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain a high standard of customer service to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales & Performance Analysis: Monitor e-commerce metrics and sales performance, using data to inform strategies, optimize the customer journey, and achieve revenue goals.
- Business Promotion & Growth: Implement strategies for expanding the online presence, including cross-selling, up-selling, and promotional offers to increase sales and visibility in the competitive online market.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in tools, hardware, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Daraz, and website management tools.
- Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, paid ads, email campaigns, and social media promotion.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva) for creating engaging product images and ads.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage customer relations and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
