Ecommerce Intern

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic eCommerce Intern to join our team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the eCommerce industry, working alongside experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the management and maintenance of the eCommerce website, ensuring product listings are accurate and up-to-date.

- Support digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and online advertising.

- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis.

- Help optimize product pages for search engines (SEO) and improve user experience.

- Collaborate with the eCommerce team to develop and implement promotional strategies and sales initiatives.

- Monitor website performance metrics and generate reports on sales, traffic, and customer engagement.

- Assist with customer service inquiries related to online orders and resolve any issues in a timely manner.

- Contribute to content creation, including product descriptions, blog posts, and other marketing materials.

- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to provide input on eCommerce strategies and projects.

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, or a related field.

- Strong interest in eCommerce, digital marketing, and online retail.

- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and web design principles is a plus.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, MailChimp) is a plus.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
