We are seeking a skilled Ecommerce Expert to manage and optimize our presence on various freelance platforms, including Upwork, Fiverr, and Flippa. As our expert in this field, you will be responsible for enhancing our visibility, attracting top-tier talent, and maximizing our ROI across these platforms. Your role will involve strategic planning, content optimization, and active engagement to ensure our brand stands out and achieves its objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to effectively utilize Upwork, Fiverr, and Flippa to meet our business goals.
- Craft compelling profiles that showcase our services, expertise, and unique value proposition to attract high-quality clients and freelancers.
- Create engaging and persuasive content, including service descriptions, portfolio items, and gig listings, tailored to each platform's audience and best practices.
- Stay informed about the latest updates, trends, and best practices on Upwork, Fiverr, and Flippa, and adapt our strategies accordingly.
- Proactively seek out and engage with potential clients through targeted outreach, proposals, and networking within the platforms.
- Implement SEO strategies and keyword optimization techniques to improve our visibility and ranking within each platform's search results.
- Analyze key performance metrics, such as conversion rates, response times, and client feedback, to track the effectiveness of our strategies and make data-driven improvements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing and optimizing profiles on Upwork, Fiverr, and/or Flippa, with a track record of achieving tangible results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and communicate effectively with clients and freelancers.
- Familiarity with additional freelance platforms and marketplaces beyond Upwork, Fiverr, and Flippa.
- Prior experience working in a similar role within the freelance, digital marketing, or e-commerce industry.
- In-depth knowledge of each platform's algorithms, features, and best practices, along with the ability to stay updated on changes and updates.
