Ecommerce Coordinator

Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Ecommerce Coordinator & Social Media Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing our online store and social media platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and online sales. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social impact, excellent organizational skills, and a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Ecommerce Coordination:

* Manage the day-to-day operations of the Behbud Association online store, including product listings, inventory management, order processing, and customer service.

* Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and enhance customer experience.

* Monitor website performance, analyze data, and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.

* Coordinate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns, special offers, and seasonal sales.

* Ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate and up-to-date.

* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Social Media Management:

* Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

* Create and curate compelling content, including graphics, videos, and blog posts, that aligns with Behbud Association’s mission and values.

* Schedule and publish regular posts, monitor engagement, and respond to comments and messages.

* Collaborate with the marketing team to run social media advertising campaigns and track their performance.

* Analyze social media metrics and provide insights to improve reach, engagement, and follower growth.

* Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

* Minimum of 2 years of experience in ecommerce and social media management.

* Proficiency in ecommerce platforms.

* Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and online sales strategies.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content.

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
