Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled E-Commerce Manager to oversee and manage our Shopify websites, drive on-page SEO handle customer support, coordinate with graphic designers and marketing teams and ensure smooth order processing. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of e-commerce operations, digital marketing, and customer engagement strategies in the fashion industry.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Website Management:
• Manage and update all Shopify websites.
• Ensure website functionality, performance, and smooth user experience.
• Optimize product listings and descriptions for better conversions.
✅ SEO & Digital Strategy:
• Implement on-page SEO strategies to improve website rankings.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize product pages accordingly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns and promotions.
✅ Customer Support & Order Management:
• Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media.
• Ensure timely order processing and fulfillment.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and resolve any issues efficiently.
✅ Team Coordination:
• Work closely with the graphic design team to ensure brand consistency.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional activities.
• Ensure smooth communication between departments for seamless operations.
Required Skills & Experience:
✔ Experience in managing Shopify websites and online stores.
✔ Strong understanding of on-page SEO and digital marketing.
✔ Prior experience in customer support for an e-commerce brand.
✔ Ability to manage cross-functional teams efficiently.
✔ Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
