Ebs Functional Analyst Scm

Description:

1. Work closely with business users in understanding their requirements and be able to map these to system functionality and reports.

2. Interact with developers for enhancements / modifications in existing reports including BI.

3. Prepare or provide input to written documentation for technical methods, procedures, functions or processes to support development.

4. Guide and train end-users towards the use of standard Oracle functionality.

5. Providing ongoing support for business applications.

6. Assist the manager in re-engineering of business processes with the use of modern IT tools to ensure that these applications are best suited to business needs.

7. Study, understand and ensure compliance of ISO procedures and working methodology of IT

8. Study and understand procedures and working methodology of assigned functional domain from a support perspective.

9. Perform other technical duties, as and when assigned by immediate supervisor.
