Creatif Soft is looking to recruit skilled "E-Book Sales - Front & Upsell". The ideal candidate must have one year of experience in the Ebook industry dealing with the UK or US Market .

Responsibilities:

• Ensure business from the client/company while searching for new ones.

• Make calls and promote the company's services

• Ensure timely follow up

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve them in an efficient manner

• Deal with customers in a friendly and attentive manner

• Ensure monthly sales targets

• Proven Record of 10K - 25K Per month

• Must have Project management skills

• Strong communication skills, both verbal & Written

• Effective selling and negotiation skills

• Strong command over research & business modules
