About this job:

Responsibilities:

· Maintain high standards of data accuracy and integrity across all Shopify and e-commerce platforms.

· Validate and ensure the quality of data entered into company systems.

· perform regular audits of product listings and data to identify and correct discrepancies.

· Regularly review and analyses site performance, with a focus on conversion.

· Assist in updating and managing product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory in Shopify.

· Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Monitor e-commerce trends and platform updates to enhance data entry practices.

· Manage and coach E-Commerce executives for the best possible performance across the team.

· Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive business and customer information.

· Assist developers with optimizing site performance in terms of website speed or linking.

Skills and Qualifications:

· FSC, F.A and B.A., or relevant degree certificate.

· Expert in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word).

· Must have experience of 1+ years in e-commerce marketplace.

· Proven experience in an E-Commerce role.

· Proficiency in English and comprehensive market knowledge.

· Excellent communication skills & hard work.

· Knowledge of e-commerce trends and best practices.

· He/she must have good typing speed.

· Knowledge of optimization techniques for features like site speed.
