As our E-Commerce Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, identifying opportunities, and building strong client relationships. This role requires a proactive individual with a deep understanding of the e-commerce industry, particularly in Amazon FBA Wholesale.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth by identifying and engaging with potential clients for Amazon FBA Wholesale and 'Done for You' services.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct in-depth consultations to understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize and execute sales campaigns.
  • Keep up-to-date with e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Provide insights and feedback to improve sales processes and service offerings.

 

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the e-commerce or Amazon FBA space.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon FBA Wholesale and automation services is a plus.

  • Tech-savvy with experience in CRM tools and sales software.
