What We're Looking For: Ecommerce Sales Executive
Detailed Key Responsibilities:
-Identify and Acquire New Business: Proactively prospect, identify, and acquire new B2B clients and suppliers for a company, with a focus on local and regional markets. -Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients and suppliers, ensuring high customer satisfaction levels.
-Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our platform's products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
-Sales Strategies: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, continuously monitoring and improving performance.
-Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients. -Negotiations: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and suppliers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. -Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contracts, and communication with clients.
-Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from clients and relay it to the product development team for continuous improvement.
