Description:
The E-Commerce Operations Assistant will support the daily operations of our e-commerce platform, focusing on admin panel support, customer service, product listings, and logistics coordination. Graphic design experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Admin Panel Support:
Update product information and monitor site performance.
Ensure smooth operation of the e-commerce platform.
Customer Service:
Handle customer inquiries and support via email, phone, and chat.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
Product Listing:
Ensure accurate and complete product listings.
Perform quality checks on product listings.
Logistics Coordination:
Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.
Track shipments and resolve any logistical issues.
Graphic Design (Plus):
Assist in creating and updating visual content for the site.
Qualifications:
Must have experience in e-commerce operations.
Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., WordPress).
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Customer-focused mindset.
Graphic design experience is a plus.
