E-commerce & Operation Executive

Description:

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and optimize the ecommerce platform to drive growth and increase revenue.
• Develop and implement ecommerce strategies to maximize profitability.
• Monitor ecommerce performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
• Collaborate with marketing & operation teams for smooth operations.
• Manage inventory and ensure that all products are available and ready for shipping.
• Monitor customer feedback and respond to inquiries promptly to improve customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors & partners.
• Manage and supervise the operations team, including shipping, receiving, and customer service and service support team as well.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for all ecommerce and operations processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
