E-commerce Marketplace Specialist

As an E-Commerce Marketplace Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing our presence on key online marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and others. You will be responsible for enhancing product visibility, driving sales, optimizing listings, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about e-commerce, highly analytical, and possesses a strong understanding of marketplace dynamics and best practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory across multiple online marketplaces.

· Optimize product titles, descriptions, images, and keywords to improve search visibility and conversion rates.

· Conduct competitive analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and opportunities for growth.

· Implement promotional campaigns, deals, and discounts to drive sales and increase market share.

· Monitor and analyze marketplace performance metrics, such as sales, traffic, and conversion rates, and provide actionable insights to improve performance.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product management, and customer service to ensure alignment of strategies and initiatives.

· Stay current on e-commerce industry trends, marketplace policies, and best practices.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

· Proven experience managing e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc.

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

· Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets is a plus.

· Experience with e-commerce platforms or listing tools (e.g., Shopify, Magento, ChannelAdvisor) is desirable.
