As an E-Commerce Marketplace Specialist at Strategy Inn Media, you will be instrumental in managing our presence on key online marketplaces, including Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and others. Your role will involve optimizing product visibility, driving sales, refining listings, and ensuring a seamless customer journey. The ideal candidate is passionate about e-commerce, possesses strong analytical skills, and has a deep understanding of marketplace dynamics and strategies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee product listings, pricing strategies, and inventory management across multiple online marketplaces.
- Enhance product titles, descriptions, images, and keywords to boost search visibility and drive conversion rates.
- Conduct thorough competitive analysis to identify trends, pricing insights, and growth opportunities.
- Implement strategic promotional campaigns, deals, and discounts to stimulate sales and expand market share.
- Monitor and analyze marketplace performance metrics such as sales, traffic, and conversion rates, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product management, and customer service to align strategies and initiatives.
- Stay updated on e-commerce industry trends, marketplace policies, and best practices.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience managing e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets preferred.
