E Commerce Executive

Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic E-commerce Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will create and nurture long-term relationships with customers, acting as a point of contact from order placement to order delivery. You will be responsible for resolving any issues that arise, ensuring customers are satisfied with our services.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact between the brand and the customer.

• Coordinate with Warehouse and Logistics operations for processing of order pickups, deliveries, and payments.

• Work with Brands team and teams like advertising, creative and social media for creating effective strategies.

• Build relationships with key clients and customers.

• Provide accurate daily reporting against all orders placed.

• Prepare Daily Sales Report.

• Maintain Strong follow-up on Leads.

• Handle all customer inquiries on all digital platforms.

• Ensure record keeping of all customer contacts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

• 1 to 2 years of experience
