Job Responsibilities:
As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant, your primary responsibilities will include:
1) Designing, configuring, and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM systems to align with client needs and industry best practices.
2) Integrating Dynamics 365 CRM with other software applications and platforms.
3) Developing custom plug-ins, workflows, and customizations.
4) Creating and maintaining technical documentation related to Dynamics 365 CRM implementations.
5) Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and related technologies, and continually improving your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
1) Minimum of 2 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation and customization.
2) Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM architecture and components, including forms, views, entities, workflows, and business processes.
3) Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, and HTML.
4) Experience in integrating Dynamics 365 CRM with other systems using web services, APIs, and third-party tools.
5) Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
6) Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
7) Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM certification is a plus.
8) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
