Description:
As the Dynamic CRM Lead, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Microsoft Dynamics CRM system. Your role will involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve data accuracy, and leverage CRM capabilities to enhance customer relationships and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and customization of Microsoft Dynamics CRM to align with business requirements.
- Design, develop, and maintain CRM workflows, forms, dashboards, and reports.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document CRM requirements.
- Provide end-user training on CRM functionality and best practices.
- Offer technical support and troubleshooting for CRM-related issues.
- Ensure data integrity and oversee data cleansing initiatives.
- Manage system upgrades, patches, and integrations.
- Monitor and analyze CRM performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends and CRM best practices to recommend enhancements.
- Lead and mentor a team of CRM administrators and developers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM administration and customization.
- Strong knowledge of CRM architecture, data modeling, and best practices.
- Proficiency in configuring workflows, business rules, and security roles.
- Experience with CRM integrations and data migration.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Leadership and team management experience is a plus.
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications are advantageous.
