Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for user growth of financial products, with rich network alliance/DSP channel resources, expanding cooperation with various network alliance channels through multiple channels, and ensuring the achievement of advertising goals;
• Continuously adjust and optimize advertising strategies according to the growth needs of overseas markets;
• Monitor channel operation and advertising data, continuously optimize the quality and flow of channels, and efficiently solve problems encountered in channel operations;
• Understand the attribution logic of Appsflyer and have deep insights into the rules and gameplay of attribution;
• Be familiar with obtaining market information through multiple channels, understand new ways of marketing, and be sensitive to traffic.

Job Requirements:

• Applicants with experience in launching and promoting financial products and channel resources will be given priority;
• More than 3 years of experience in user growth, rich network alliance/DSP resources, understanding of attribution growth logic and specific projects, priority with direct cooperation channels, and systematic knowledge and understanding of growth work;
• Be familiar with marketing analysis tools, be sensitive to data, and have strong data analysis capabilities;
• Have experience in web3 exchange placement, and the channel assessment in past experience must include ROI
• Able to converse in English and Chinese
