Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development team in designing, developing, and deploying .NET-based applications.
• Implement design patterns to create scalable, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Architect system solutions that align with business goals and ensure scalability and performance.
• Oversee DevOps processes including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver quality solutions.
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in .NET and C# development with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
• Expertise in web application development using ASP.NET MVC and ASP.NET Core.
• Strong hands-on experience with design patterns, system scalability, and maintainability principles.
• Advanced knowledge of asynchronous programming (Async/Await), multithreading, nullability, and data structures.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and work collaboratively in a team.
