Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of 7-10 interns.
• On-ground presence for Door to Door Marketing
• Generate sales and achieve targets
• Support in Hiring & on-boarding of new resources
• Provide leadership, guidance, coaching, mentoring, and feedback to team members
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets

Requirements:

• Ability to lead the team
• Minimum Intermediate.
• Male & Females both are encouraged to apply.
• Min 3 months BTL Activity Experienced required.
• Field (Door to Door) work.
