Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with doctors to obtain prescriptions and approvals for DME Braces and CGM.
• Ensure timely documentation and verification of medical records.
• Communicate effectively with medical professionals to expedite approvals.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve workflow efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

✅ Experience & Knowledge:

• Must have prior experience in Doctor Chasing for DME Braces & CGM.
• Understanding of medical billing and insurance processes is a plus.

✅ Communication & Soft Skills:

• Fluent in English with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills.
