District Sales Manager

Description:

THE ROLE:

• DSM will ensure the achievement of sales targets while optimizing the efficiency and smoothness of sales operations across all designated outlets.

• Will manage teams ensuring excellent customer service, operational excellence and inventory management of retail stores.

• Strong collaboration with relevant stakeholders including Marketing & Visual Merchandising, while also contributing to financial closure.

THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THE ROLE:

• Business Graduate with 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in a leading retail company in similar capacity.

• Excellent communication, people management and decision-making skills, along with familiarity of customer service standards.

• Should have excellent grasp on MS Excel.
