• Coordinate and schedule the movement of vehicles and drivers to optimize delivery routes and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams to provide updates and address any issues or concerns.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and professionally resolve any delivery-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including delivery schedules, driver logs, and customer communications.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a dispatcher or in a similar logistics role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in dispatch software and GPS tracking systems is preferred.
