The ideal candidate will have experience in the design industry and a passion for engaging with the community through various media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies on Discord, Twitter, and Twitch platforms.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to discuss their requirements and concerns.
- Utilize strong communication skills across email, Twitter, Facebook, and Discord to enhance client engagement.
- Drive both front-end sales and upsell opportunities, consistently meeting monthly targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the community artworks, gaming, fanart, animations, and streaming domains.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients to provide exceptional support.
