Director Sales & Marketing

Description:

As the Director of Sales & Marketing, your goal is to expand business opportunities across all markets by attracting new and existing multi-national and strategic customers. This position will also be in charge of developing and implementing growth-oriented sales penetration strategies in a variety of vertical sectors. This role is a combination of sales and marketing, which means that the successful candidate is responsible for taking care of existing MNC accounts while developing other accounts by providing them with contract logistics solutions.

Responsibilities:

• To execute business development strategy that includes product diversification and network expansion with the goal of value creation and services differentiation and competitive edge for the Company;
• To develop and coach a successful sales team to achieve organizational goals;
• To meet sales performance metrics based on individual station service prices and cost structure approach to support business growth initiatives;
• To collaborate with digital marketing department to builda successful digital campaignthat aligns with strategic growth direction;
