We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Strategic Partnerships & Marketing to lead and drive the growth of Pakistan Property.com through strategic collaborations, marketing initiatives, and brand development. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, a keen understanding of the real estate market, and a passion for creating value-driven partnerships. You will play a pivotal role in strengthening our market presence and achieving our long-term business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and establish key strategic partnerships with real estate developers, agents, financial institutions, and other relevant industry players.
- Develop, negotiate, and manage partnership agreements that contribute to business growth and market penetration.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to maximize opportunities for mutual benefit.
- Design and implement innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market reach.
- Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and outdoor platforms.
- Oversee content creation, SEO/SEM, PPC, and social media strategies to engage target audiences and increase website traffic.
- Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making.
- Conduct regular analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and partnerships.
- Lead and manage a team of marketing and partnership professionals, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure success.
- Collaborate with other departments such as Sales, IT, and Customer Service to ensure alignment on key initiatives and goals.
- Develop and execute strategies to strengthen Pakistan Property.com’s brand positioning in the real estate sector.
- Coordinate public relations efforts, press releases, and media outreach to enhance brand reputation.
- Develop and manage marketing and partnership budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Regularly report on the performance of marketing campaigns, partnerships, and overall business growth to senior management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience:
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in strategic partnerships, marketing, or business development, ideally within the real estate, technology, or digital industries.
- Leadership:
- Proven experience in leading and motivating cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Strategic Thinking:
- Strong ability to develop long-term strategies while executing short-term goals effectively.
- Market Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of the real estate market in Pakistan, consumer behavior, and emerging trends.
- Communication Skills:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical Abilities:
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions and optimize strategies.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
