Description:

  • Leadership development - Identify learning needs, work with the AVP & CHRO to develop or customize available programs and facilitate or oversee the delivery of development programs.
  • Mentoring- Provide coaching and assist management in the matching of individuals with mentors.
  • Designs formal mentorship program.
  • Conducts / manages training for mentors across the organization.
  • Assess organizational needs of operating, business, and functional units.
  • Work collaboratively with the AVP & CHRO on the design, development and implementation of programs, policies, and strategies to meet business needs and program goals.
  • Provide daily support around learning and development programs to fulfill end users’ specific needs to maintain or improve job, soft, business, and technical skills, and behaviors.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in leadership development to ensure that the training programs are effective and relevant.
  • Execute the Employee Experience program aimed at positively impacting key employee experience touchpoints at i2c.
  • Providing oversight and leadership to support system wide initiatives to improve overall execution and adoption with the workforce.
  • Developing and ID, training programs and documentation to support the implementation of new processes and systems. Modeling and delivery of training where relevant/appropriate.
  • Partners closely and provides integrated thinking with business partners and leaders across all functions – delivering engaging and compelling learning experiences.
  • Contributes to cross functional leadership meetings and provides status on business readiness, impact, and risk.
  • Collaborates with change agents and key stakeholders to co-create action plans, and ensure methodology and process are followed through on change initiative execution lifecycle.
  • Develop processes for continuous improvement in partnership with colleagues on the i2c team and management.
  • Create, access, and maintain KPIs of relevant metrics on the success of training and change management initiatives.
  • Prepare leaders and employees to lead and manage change throughout the organization.

  • Must be a strategic thinker and tactical leader – capable of understanding and communicating alignment of initiatives, project timeline, objectives, value propositions, and resource requirements.
  • Expertise and experience in leading training and change management efforts for business transformation initiatives.
  • Must be an experienced hands-on leader – working directly on all change initiatives.
  • Experience leading programs/projects
  • Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work accurately while meeting multiple deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proficient in learning management systems and other learning technologies.
  • Strong verbal and, written communication skills, and excellent presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task
