Description:
The Director of Marketing and Admissions plays a critical role in developing and executing strategies to enhance the visibility, reputation, and enrollment of the University of Bolton Islamabad (UoBI). This leadership position requires a dynamic professional who can lead the marketing and admissions teams, create innovative campaigns, and foster relationships to attract and retain a diverse and talented student body.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and admissions strategies aligned with the university's goals and values.
- Provide visionary leadership to the marketing and admissions teams, setting clear goals, fostering collaboration, and ensuring optimal performance.
Brand Management:
- Enhance and maintain the university's brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
- Devise strategies to position the university as Pakistan’s first HEC-approved foreign university and a premier institution in Pakistan and internationally.
Student Induction:
- Develop and execute induction plans to attract a diverse and high-achieving student body, both domestically and internationally.
- Leverage market research to identify target demographics and adapt strategies accordingly.
Admissions Process:
- Oversee the admissions process, ensuring fairness, transparency, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with academic departments to establish admission criteria that align with the university's standards and objectives.
Marketing Campaigns:
- Create and lead innovative marketing campaigns that showcase the university's strengths, academic programs, and campus life.
- Utilize various channels, including digital platforms, print media, events, and partnerships, to reach prospective students.
Digital Presence:
- Develop and maintain a strong online presence through the university's website, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics to refine strategies and improve engagement.
Partnerships & Collaborations:
- Cultivate relationships with schools, colleges, educational agents, and relevant organizations to enhance outreach and recruitment efforts.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to leverage alumni, faculty, and student ambassadors for marketing and recruitment activities.
Data Analysis:
- Regularly analyze enrollment data, market trends, and competitor information to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
- Make data-driven recommendations to optimize enrollment and marketing efforts.
Budget Management:
- Manage the marketing and admissions budget effectively, allocating resources to initiatives that yield the highest returns.
- Ensure cost-efficient utilization of resources while maintaining quality standards.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration in marketing, or a related field. A Ph.D. is a plus.
- Minimum of 05 years of progressive experience in marketing, admissions, or a related field, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing teams and achieving results.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to envision long-term goals and execute tactical plans to achieve them.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, data analysis, and technology platforms relevant to admissions and marketing.
- Familiarity with the Pakistani education landscape and international education trends.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decisions.
