Yasoob Consulting (Pvt.) Ltd is currently looking for a "Director, ERP Operations" who will be responsible for leading ERP Operations across Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have extensive consulting and managerial experience, leading and implementing various ERP solutions (Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle, SAP, etc.) and ensuring all client deliverables are met. In addition, this person has demonstrated experience as a trusted advisor for clients, colleagues, vendors, and other industry professionals, with experience ranging across various industries and business functions. What you will do:

• Lead implementation and management of various Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP projects
• Develop efficient strategies and processes in accordance with the company’s goals
• Architect ERP solutions for our clients and lead the delivery and management of client projects
• Lead business development/sales efforts (ex. develop various solutions to challenges, generate proposals, and maintain positive client relationships)
• Participate in firm-wide leadership activities (ex. performance evaluations, recruitment activities, business decisions) and other duties as necessary to advance company initiatives
• Diagnose complex technical and business problems, identifying and resolving unmet client needs
• Translate process requirements into business systems
• Lead use case creation, testing, and business readiness activities related to the ERP implementation
• Manage budgets, timelines, resources, scope, and other activities with the implementation teams and key stakeholders
• Hire, supervise, train, mentor, and develop functional and technical resources
