Description:
As a Digital Sales Executive at DigiCircle, you will be instrumental in expanding our client base. You will generate leads and secure new clients through platforms like Upwork and Fiverr, as well as other lead generation methods. Your sales expertise and client management skills will be crucial to our growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients on Upwork, Fiverr, and other relevant platforms. Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and deliver customized solutions.
Lead Generation: Implement effective strategies to generate new business leads. Use various tools and techniques to identify and connect with potential clients.
Proposal Development: Create persuasive proposals and presentations that showcase our agency’s services and value propositions, tailored to meet the specific needs of prospective clients.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets. Monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting tactics as necessary to achieve goals.
Client Communication: Manage client interactions from initial contact through onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition and maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. Use this information to refine sales strategies and discover new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, with a focus on client acquisition through platforms like Upwork and Fiverr.
Strong knowledge of lead generation and sales techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and proposal-writing skills.
Self-motivated and results-driven.
Familiarity with digital marketing services is advantageous.
