Description:

We are looking for a Digital Outreach & Email Specialist to manage our outreach efforts across various social media and digital platforms. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in digital outreach and email marketing.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Cold Outreach:

- Conduct cold outreach on social media and digital platforms such as Behance, Fiverr, Upwork, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.

- Identify and engage with potential users, influencers, and partners to build relationships and promote Kosmic AI.

- Develop and execute outreach strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement and signups for the platform.

 

2. Utilize Web Scraping Database:

- Leverage our web scraping database to gather and utilize contact information of our target audience.

- Ensure the database is up-to-date and accurately segmented for effective outreach.

 

3. Email Marketing:

- Create and manage email marketing campaigns to reach potential users, creators, and buyers.

- Develop compelling email content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing objectives.

- Monitor and analyze email campaign performance to optimize strategies and improve engagement rates.

 

4. Content Creation:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop outreach content, including messages, emails, and social media posts.

- Ensure all content is consistent with our brand voice and effectively communicates our value proposition.

 

5. Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Track and analyze outreach performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies.

- Provide regular reports on outreach activities and results to the marketing team.

- Use insights from data analysis to refine outreach strategies and improve performance.

- Have a clear understanding of key metrics for email marketing optimization, such as email open rate, response rate, and how to improve abandoned email rates.

 

Requirements:

- Proven work experience as a Digital Outreach Specialist, Email Marketing Specialist, or similar role.

- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital outreach strategies.

- Experience with web scraping and utilizing databases for targeted outreach.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to develop compelling outreach content that drives engagement.

- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize outreach strategies.

- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in digital outreach and email marketing.
