Digital Operations Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Digital Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced start-up environment and will be responsible for overseeing digital operations across all countries, ensuring alignment with brand standards and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee digital operations management, working closely with store managers globally to ensure store operations meet brand standards and strategic goals.

- Implement and update new and existing digital tools (ERPs, CRMs) to enhance the in-store customer experience.

- Provide technical support for POS systems, screens, and the brand’s real-time digital platform

- Implement tracking systems to measure store performance using KPIs.

- Update, maintain, and control databases.

- Perform additional responsibilities as required.

Requirements:

- Proven experience with Oracle IMS and Oracle Micro Software.

- Proficiency in programming languages and technologies including Oracle, Java, Python, PHP, HTML, and Laravel.

- Highly IT proficient with the ability to maintain systems promptly and diligently.

- Ability to fulfill multiple IT requests simultaneously.

- Exceptional analytical skills and advanced Excel abilities.

- Ability to extract data, form opinions, and create presentations for board-level review.

- Experience in compiling professional presentations for month-end and daily reporting.

- Experience working with third-party IT providers.

- Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks error-free.

- Preferably experienced in the hospitality sector.

- Strong problem-solving skills to provide excellent customer service.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred).

- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
