Description:

JSIL is looking for a Digital Onboarding & Engagement Specialist to manage and optimize digital customer interactions. The role involves overseeing digital onboarding platforms, integrating processes with distributors, and executing campaigns aimed at attracting and retaining digital customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and enhance digital onboarding platforms to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize processes and integrations.
  • Design and execute impactful campaigns to attract and retain digital customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors to expand market reach.
  • Analyze customer journeys, identify gaps, and implement actionable improvements.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends with regular competitive analyses.

Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing digital platforms and driving customer engagement.
  • Strong skills in campaign development, cross-department collaboration, and achieving business targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing (Master’s preferred).
