Description:
The Digital Media Marketing Expert will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote MAHER Consulting's services and its clients. They will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with the company's goals.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging content for social media platforms, websites, and digital campaigns.
- Social Media Management: Oversee and manage all social media accounts, ensuring a consistent brand voice and identity.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits, and trends.
- SEO/SEM: Manage SEO and SEM efforts for content marketing and oversee pay-per-click (PPC) ad management.
- Analytics: Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Workshop Facilitation: Conduct consultative workshops with program staff to collaboratively develop social media strategies.
- Policy Development: Assist in developing social media policies, brand voice and design guidelines, and employee social media guidelines.
- Crisis Management: Prepare and implement a crisis communication plan for digital channels.
- Community Building: Engage with online communities and respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.
- Client Services: Provide digital marketing and social media strategy services to clients as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media strategy, and content creation.
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
- Experience in SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns.
- Excellent analytical and project management skills.
- Strong creative skills and experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with clients to meet business objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
